Terms of Use (EULA)

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use Lockr.
• By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on your personal mobile device.
• Access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

User Conduct

When using Lockr, you agree to:

• Engage only in consensual interactions with other users.
• Take full responsibility for your own actions and agreements made through the App.
• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile.
• Respect the privacy and boundaries of other users.
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Share or distribute explicit content without consent.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App.
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others.
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Profile Content

• Providing profile information is entirely optional. If you submit profile details, they must be your own and reasonably accurate, especially your age, which must show that you are 18 or older.
• You grant Lockr a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the profile content you submit to other users through your profile and the Discovery feature.
• You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your age, harass other users, post sexual imagery of others without consent, post content involving minors, or post hate speech or unlawful content.
• Other users’ profile information is self-reported. Lockr does not verify it; you interact with other users at your own risk.

Photo Content & Automated Moderation

• By uploading photos to Lockr, you agree that they may be processed by automated systems to detect NSFW or sexually explicit content.
• Photos flagged as NSFW will be automatically removed. Repeated violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
• Automated moderation is not perfect and may occasionally flag content in error. You may appeal a removal by contacting support.
• You are solely responsible for the photos you upload and must have the right to share them.

Disclaimer of Warranties

• Lockr is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• Lockr does not enforce real-world behaviour or control physical devices.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• We are not responsible for user-generated content or interactions between users.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lockr and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, personal injury, or emotional distress arising from your use of the App or interactions with other users.

Termination

• You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms within the App or by email. Continued use of Lockr after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
